Rafidi Bakery

A mill and a bakery since 1900.

Al Rafidi has been milling and baking in Ramallah for over a century, and the feed had to carry that without turning into a history lesson. The audience buys bread today, so the work sells today’s bread and lets the age sit underneath it.

We shoot inside the bakery during service: the trays coming out, the dough going in, the mill still running, and the people who work there in frame rather than hidden. Nothing is styled on a set, because the room already looks like the brand.

The result is short form video that reads as a shop you can walk into, cut for the feed and paired with product posts when a new line lands.
