Ajouli Real Estate develops and markets residential, commercial and lifestyle property across Ramallah, Al Bireh and Jericho.
We ran the marketing and visual communication across a portfolio of separate developments: Jericho Gate Villas, Raya, Alanya 3 and City Gate. The work covered social strategy and design, project positioning, campaign concepts, launch content, video scripts, website design and content, sales brochures, investment presentations, render direction and exhibition material.
Each development was given its own message and visual direction, pitched at its own buyer and its own investment case, while the Ajouli name kept one consistent and credible presence behind all of them, on the feed and on the stand.
