Palestinian embroidery, made to be worn and to be hung.
Jeel Design sells thobes, kaftans, kittan and silk alongside cushions, framed pieces, ceramics and miniature dresses. The catalogue is wide and every piece is handmade, so the store had to carry a lot of product without flattening any of it.
We organised it around collections rather than one long product grid, so fashion, decorative artwork and jewellery each get their own entrance and their own counts. The craft copy sits next to the buy button instead of being buried in an about page, because the embroidery is the reason people are there in the first place.
